A Holistic Yoga Class Offers a unique yoga experience that moves in alignment with the seasons and the five great elements. This includes a combination of; Breathing techniques to cultivate more YIN, to support and shift your nervous system to a state of harmony and healing & for calming and clearing the mind. Preparations for our asana practice to release tension and stress. Our asana practice is a traditional Hatha based practice for full body replenishment, to encourage mind body connection & flow of life force energy. Savasana includes a guided meditation & some blissful healing sounds ~ (evening classes include a candlelit Savasana).
Join us for an exciting exploration into Yoga and Ayurveda, where we enhance the practice with the wisdom of The five great elements earth, water, fire, air, ether & how we can truly enhance not only our yoga practice but our daily experience through this elemental lens on life.
